Adapt to Change Tour (2005)
Key Note Speaker

Keynote

An Adaptive Enterprise is a modern concept or so we think. In the summer of 1940, Winston Churchill developed the equivalent of an Adaptive Enterprise using the emerging technologies of the time, and transformed his nation to continue a fight thought lost. Author and speaker Mark Kozak-Holland presents the problems faced by Churchill; namely an imminent air war/invasion, and greater foe. He then explains how these were overcome by creating a sense and response organization that was agile enough to respond to threats and resilient enough to meet the demands with its supply chain. If you are looking for clear directions for breathing new agility into your organization, and enjoy history, then this relevant historical case study will help highlight how to approach today's Adaptive Enterprise. h day's Adaptive Enterprise.
