Project Plans
The following plan accompanies On-line, On-time,
On-budget and is used to assess the mission critical aspect
of a service delivery environment, that is delivering critical services
through an Internet, e-business or on demand solution. The plan reviews the
organization, process, and technology that form the
service delivery environment. The plan takes a comprehensive
approach to determining the non-functional requirements specifically, availability,
performance, security and system management. Following the
project will address and improve the service delivery
environment and the level of services provided.
