The series  presents a wide variety of tools for practical use within emerging technology  projects. The scope of these tools is broad and covers all aspects of the project and the subsequent online operation (production).

Managing risk and justifying Internet and IT projects
These tool help in identifying the key risks associated with IT projects, and where to make the right investments within the project (which project stages). Ideally these tools would be used at the outset of the project.

Approach to projects
These tools relate to the approach to projects, specifically through methods and plans. This includes an analysis of the various common project methodologies in use today, and their pros and cons.
